Provides for the regulation of the profession of Designer and other measures.
PL 2056/2022
Amends Law n. 5,648, of December 11th, 1970, which creates the Brazilian PTO and other measures, and Law n. 9,279, of May 14th, 1996, which regulates rights and obligations related to industrial property, for the promotion the modernization and efficiency of the patent system.
PL 2505/2022
Amends Law n. 9,279/1996, of May 14th 1996, which regulates rights and obligations related to industrial property, to address the obligations of the patent or patent application holder in cases of compulsory license for exploitation of patents of invention or utility models in emergency or public interest situations.
PL 395/2022
Grants compulsory licensing of patents related to the drugs baricitinib and sotrovimab, due to the national public health emergency caused by the covid-19 pandemic.
PL 2123/2021
Amends law n. 9,279, of May 14th, 1996, which regulates the rights and obligations related to industrial property, to provide for the compulsory licensing of medicines to meet exclusively the needs of the unified health system, in the cases specified.
PL 1650/2021
Suspends the obligations of the Brazilian State to enforce or adhere to sections 1, 4, 5 and 7 of Part II of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) , practiced by the General Council of the World Trade Organization, on December 6th, 2005 and enacted by Decree n. 9,289/2018, or enforce compliance with sections under Part III of the TRIPS Agreement, regardless of the prevention, control or treatment of COVID-19, while at least 80% of the population is not immunized.
PL 12/2021
Suspends the obligations of the Federative Republic of Brazil to implement or apply sections 1, 4, 5 and 7 of Part II of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), adopted by the General Council of the World Trade Organization on December 6, 2005 and promulgated by Decree n. 9,289/2018, or enforce compliance with sections under Part III of the TRIPS Agreement, in relation to the prevention, containment or treatment of COVID-19, while a public health emergency of international concern relating to the coronavirus (Covid-19) is in effect.

Provides for the inclusion and mandatory presence of psychotropic drugs on the rename list and their availability in the public health system and popular pharmacies and makes other provisions.
